Are you a foreign student and do you live in Ghent? Then you should use this form to register.

Before you start filling in the form, read the information of the various options for your stay as a student on this page. This allows you to collect the necessary documents in advance.

Attention! We cannot read HEIC files. Please submit your documents as PDF or JPEG files.

Students subject to quarantine measures upon entry in Belgium should register themselves by using the e-form. After the expiry of the quarantine, the local police officer will come by for the address check. At the ‘remarks’ field, when filling out your address, you should mention your date of entry and the expiry date of the quarantine. Keep in mind: if your legal stay is about to expire during the quarantine period, please take contact with Infopunt Migratie – Migration Information Center.
