Information

Did you receive an LEZ fine? Through this form you can:

• submit an objection against this
• designate another driver
• reporting a late registration

What do you need?

• a scan of the front and back of the registration certificate of the vehicle concerned on one document
• the fine number (you can find this at the top of the letter received)
• evidence that strengthens your objection, collected in one document.

Foreign license plate
This form does not apply to vehicles with foreign license plates.

• For a vehicle with a Dutch license plate, go to https://www.accsnetherlands.com. You can also mail to gent@accsinternational.com.
• For a vehicle with a French license plate, look on your fine letter to see which partner you received it from.
  • If you received it from Overland SARLU go to https://overland.fr/deposer-une-demande-de litige. You can also email gent@overland.fr.

• For a vehicle with a German license plate, go to https://www.accsnetherlands.com/betalen/einreichung_einer_einwendung. You can also mail to gent@accsinternational.com.

Reporting a late registration
If you have not yet made this late registration for your vehicle, go to this online tool first and then return to this form. Do this no later than 30 days after receiving your fine.
Then report this registration using this form. For this you need the file number of this registration.
